- 1. 产品概述(Concepts products)
CD, MD|型系列钢丝绳自动葫芦系列在原CD, MD型基础上的改进型产品。它具有结构紧凑、轻巧、安 全可靠、零部件通用程度大，互换性强、起重能力高、维修方便等特点，是目前用途广泛，深受欢迎的轻型 起重设备。该葫芦有固定式和小车式两类。固定式按固定支脚在上、下、左、右位置不同又分为A,、丄、A、、A,四 种型式，(见图9-1),可直接安装在构架上使用，小车式具有运行功能，可安装在轨道上使用。CD1型为单 速起升，MD,型为常速和慢速两档起升。
在此基础上本公司又开发生产了HC16t, 20t, 25t, 32t, 65t 规格型号，HC16t, 20t, 25t, 32t, 65t 电动葫芦与CD, MD1 结构原理、安装使用事项一致，以下内容均以CD, MD1型号介绍。本公司主要生产载重0.25t~32t,起升高度3m~30m系列电动葫芦，亦可根据您的需要设计、制造非标准 系列电动葫芦。
Modified on formal types of products, CD, MD series products are compact, light and safe. As popular light hoisting devices, the products feature high convertibility of parts, high lifting ability of single hoist, easy maintenance and wide application.
The electric hoists have fixed type and trolley type. The former type can be installed on the frame di-rectly and is divided into model A2, A3, A4, as shown in Fig.-9-l. The latter type can be installed on the track.CD1 is single-speed lifting and MD1 can hoist with regular and slow speed.
On such a basis, 1t, 2t, 5t, 6t, 20t, 25t, 32t, 65t… are devloped by our technicians.they share the same structure principles and installation ways with the orginal CD and MD the following contents all take CD and MD for example. The carrying capacity and lifting height of our electric hoists are 0.25t – 20t and 3m – 30m respectively but we can also provide customized products.
